RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exemplary customer service by presenting a professional image, providing immediate acknowledgement, extending a friendly greeting, actively listening, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and maintaining confidentiality.
Accurate and timely preparation of SEC Forms 10K, 10Q, and 8K including supporting tables, footnotes, and various other report components.
Research and analyze business alternatives and provide recommendations.
Maintaining accounting and internal control systems.
Maintaining assigned accounting processes and supporting ledgers.
Assist with financial planning and modeling.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Finance or Accounting major.
Active CPA license.
3 or more years of accounting experience or a minimum of 4 years with public accounting firm specializing in financial institutions.
SEC reporting experience strongly desired Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment.
Results oriented with a positive, can do attitude.
Advanced PC Skills.
BVS training with courses to be determined.
Continuing education in support of maintaining an active CPA license.
Occasional travel may be required.
Additional Hours as needed (to include evenings and weekends).

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for prolonged duration.
Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements.

Ability to utilize electronic equipment such as computer, 10- key, telephone, etc.
Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solutions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
