PLUS TIPS! Prep Cook/ Dishwasher Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely fashion.
Follow recipes specifications during preparation.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.
Clean and maintain station while practicing all Hops n Drops safety requirements.
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
Assist in maintaining a clean dishwashing area.
Adhere to all safety food production codes.
