00 per/hour ( DOE ) Property Maitenance needed for Wedding Venue/B&B.
This is a labor intensive job.
Main job requirements will be mowing and maintaining the lawn and grounds.
Other tasks may also be assigned as needed.
As our Property Maitenance & Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for:
Planting seasonal containers according to designs and schedules, planting summer annual beds according to designs and schedules Operating power equipment, hedge trimmers, pole trimmers, weed whip, backpack blower, pressure washer and tiller General building maitenance, light bulbs, light paint fixes, over seeing trade work inside the building.
Assiting managers in daily house projects as needed Maintaining water features and perennial beds Planting variety of perennials according to design Mulching, trimming, pruning, weeding Keeping the parking lots and grounds free of debris Provide interdepartmental support
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic Honest Team player Reliable Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
