Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar Answer phones and respond to client inquiries with accurate information Check-in and check-out clients, process payments, and manage invoices Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of patient information in our system Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized Provide support and assistance to clients during their visit to the clinic Requirements:

years experience in a customer service or administrative role, in a veterinary setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment Proficiency in computer skills and experience with veterinary management software, preferred (e.
g.
, Cornerstone, AVImark).
Our clinic uses VetFM (training provided) Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent care to pets and their owners Willingness to work flexible hours.
