Responsibilities:
Using hand tools and tape measure Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
Meet production goals by posted line standards.
Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
Your Requirements Within This Position:
Stand for the entire shift Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day Reach overhead occasionally Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently Can read and communicate in English Work in a team environment, and work with great people! $500 Hiring Bonus after 30 days of employment!
