As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee beverages.

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment - Ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Assist with food preparation and other tasks as needed - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a Barista - Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques - Basic sales skills to upsell products and promote specials - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
