(SPS) is a Ford QVM automotive up-fitter and maintenance facility dedicated to serving police and fire fleets.
We upfit vehicles for cities and counties all over Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.
The Administrative Assistant plays a central role is daily business flow and supporting other members the administrative staff including the VP of the company, HR, and Accounts Payable staff.
We are looking for someone who is conscientious, a detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated with good organizations skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
The work schedule will be Monday through Thursdays 6am to 4:
30pm.
Responsibilities:
Projects as assigned Data Entry Email communications Filing Phone Calls Scanning and digital filing Requirements:
At least one year of office work preferred Strong written and verbal skills Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
