Responsibilities:
Keeping up with the daily registers, verifying balances with the bank Collect and sort mail Collecting the daily EFTs and assisting billing team in providing the EFTS Check deposits Organize and maintain office filing systems electronically Data entry for the daily deposits & EFTs in company's accounting software Credit card payment processing Assist in bi-monthly payroll Assist the company's controller with any ad hoc tasks as needed Job Type:
