Hourly; Full-Time Print NW is currently seeking a Promotional Products and Apparel Coordinator to join our team! We're looking for a high-energy person that is professional & experienced with custom merchandise, apparel, and promotional products, to help grow our business.
We operate at an extremely fast pace, and candidates will need to be great at multitasking.
Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not required for this position.
Promotional Products and Apparel Coordinators are paid to shop! Coordinators find the best items for the customer and manage all aspects of the order process, such as taking order specifications, entering estimates, job order entry, problem-solving, and billing.
This position shops for apparel, pens, stress balls, tents, feather flags, and more! Schedule:
Monday - Friday.
Must be able to work flexible hours and OT as needed Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Project management in support of the sales team Out-source items and create presentations for proposals Create quotes Ensure the accuracy of the order Placing orders with vendors Communicating with Sales Reps to ensure customer needs are met.
Communicating with customers Getting proof approval Providing order updates Communicating possible issues and providing possible resolutions Always keeping the customer informed Communicating with vendors Creating follow-ups Holding vendors accountable Minimum Requirements:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote are used daily, so proficiency in using these programs is important.
High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and keen attention to detail Reliable attendance, great communication skills, and being a team player are all a must! Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
