This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Youth Sports Staff team member performs Key
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, supervision and motivation for participants in youth sports programs.
Monitor the facility, organize activities and instruct youth on proper use of equipment.
You will ensure a safe, positive and fun environment.
You will provide a quality experience focused on YMCA core values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Caring.

You have knowledge and skills in various sports activities.
You have a general understanding of specific sport(s) and the rules.
You are able to demonstrate a friendly, courteous and professional manner while working with members, parents and staff.
You have a positive attitude and previous experience with youth and diverse populations.
Able to complete Child Abuse Prevention training on first day and other online or in-person training as required.
Wage:
$15.
74 to $17.
74 per hour - depending on experience Hours:
Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week
