com/careers Puget Sound Orthopaedics is the largest independent bone and joint practice in Pierce County.
In addition to three clinic locations in Lakewood, Tacoma and Gig Harbor, we also operate Lakewood Surgery Center, an outpatient ambulatory surgery center, and Puget Sound Imaging, an MRI diagnostic imaging suite.
Our team comprises of 13 board-certified orthopedic surgeons, 2 podiatrists, 9 physician assistants, and a 100-member support staff.

Qualifications:
Enjoys fast-paced ASC environment Demonstrate ability to communicate to a team Critical thinking skills Provide exceptional patient experience Maintain professionalism in stressful situations Excellent computer skills and knowledge Adheres to practice's Safety, Risk Management, and Universal Precautions standards Assign duties and shifts to workers and observes performance Assists in training and mentoring new hires Assists Management Team in planning to obtain greater efficiency Delegate team tasks as needed Interprets, implements, and enforces company policies Manage conflict so that problems are resolved constructively Promote teamwork atmosphere Participate in interviewing and evaluating staff Report departmental progress to Management Develops strong inter-department teamwork and empowerment to meet the needs of the patients and physicians.
Works with Manager / Director to manage appropriate staffing ratios and overtime.

Follows all required regulatory and legal compliance related to confidentiality, safety, (HIPAA, OSHA, etc) May be responsible for other tasks in assigned area, such as materials Education and
Experience:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington BLS upon hire ACLS certification within 30 days 1 year of OR experience required Status:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
