is a Ford QVM automotive up-fitter and maintenance facility dedicated to serving police and fire fleets.
We upfit vehicles for cities and counties all over Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.
The role of the Car Porter is to transport vehicles amongst company owned properties and sublet vendor in a safe, efficient manner to ensure smooth operation of technician work schedules.
We are looking for someone who likes to keep busy, who would rather be moving around than sit at a desk, and enjoys being part of a team.
Duties:
Transport customer vehicles to/ from storage lot, local police station, local sublet vendors Transport customer vehicles from lot to front for customer pick up Transport customer vehicles from lot to install bay for upfit Assist Service Coordinator in keeping lot(s) organized Check in vehicle, recording all pertinent information Assist warehouse in housekeeping functions or other tasks as needed Join transport drivers delivery to end user agencies when more drivers are needed Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license Must be able to lift 60 pounds Preemployment drug screening and background check required by contractual obligation, services provided by company.
Not an automatic disqualification.
Prior dealership experience preferred

Benefits eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of employment We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, Life, and AD&D PTO of 1.
5 hours for every 40 hours worked Quarterly Bonus $250-$1,000 per quarter (performance based program) Current schedule:
Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:
30pm, with Friday-Sunday off.
